These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Vessiah Studio. Our mission is to create original artworks that inspire care, memory, and soul. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

2. Orders

• Each artwork and print is handled individually to ensure quality.

• Custom requests may require additional production time, which will be communicated during the order process.

• Prices and availability are subject to change, but once an order is confirmed, conditions will not be altered.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.

• Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase, but delays caused by postal services or customs are beyond our control.

• All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the artistic and made-to-order nature of our products, returns and refunds are not generally accepted.

• Exceptions apply only in cases of damage during shipping.

• Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item.

• If approved, a replacement or partial refund will be arranged.

5. Copyright & Usage

• All artworks are original creations by Vessiah Studio.

• Purchase of an artwork or print grants you personal use only.

• For custom commissions/orders, all intellectual property rights, including copyright and reproduction rights, remain with the artist.

• Reproduction, resale, distribution, or commercial use of our artworks without written permission is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in case of copyright infringement.
