2. What payment methods are accepted on the website?

A: We accept Pix, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and Bank Transfer.

3. Can I pay for my purchases in installments?

A: Yes, we offer interest-free installment payments up to 10 times for credit card purchases, depending on the total order value.

4. What is the shipping time and cost?

A: The shipping time and cost are automatically estimated on the shopping cart page. The calculation is based on the package weight and dimensions. If the delivery address is far from the state capital, there might be a need for an additional payment. If this is the case, we will contact you.

5. Can I exchange or return a ready-made piece?

A: Yes. According to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), you have up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return of ready-made pieces, provided they are in perfect condition. Customized pieces cannot be exchanged or returned (please check the Commission Policy).

6. How should I care for my Fine Art Print to ensure durability?

A: Fine Art Prints are made to last but are sensitive and require specific care. Follow these simple tips to ensure the longevity of your artwork:

1. Protection against Light and Heat

  • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Never hang the print where it receives direct sunlight. UV radiation is the main factor that causes color fading, even in archival inks.

  • Temperature Control: Keep the piece in environments with stable temperature and humidity. Avoid locations like bathrooms, kitchens, or near heaters, where thermal variation can damage the paper.

2. Framing (Recommended)

  • UV Protection Glass: If possible, use frames with UV protection glass (such as Museum Glass or UV Acrylic). This offers an extra layer of defense against fading.

  • Passe-partout and Spacing: Ensure that the artwork does not come into direct contact with the glass. Using a passe-partout (matting) or spacers prevents moisture from causing adhesion or damaging the print's surface.

3. Handling and Cleaning

  • Use Gloves: When handling the Fine Art Print (before framing), use cotton gloves. The natural oiliness of fingers can leave permanent marks and damage the paper.

  • Cleaning: To clean the frame, use only a soft, dry cloth. Never spray cleaning products directly onto the glass, as liquids can run and stain the print.

By following these care instructions, your Fine Art Print will maintain its rich colors and quality for many years.

7. What should I do if my piece arrives damaged?

A: Contact us immediately (within 24 hours) via email or WhatsApp, attaching photos of the packaging and the damaged piece. For ready-made pieces, we will arrange an exchange or a refund. For customized pieces, we will activate the insurance (please check the Commission Policy).

8. Is there a warranty on the pieces sold?

A: We offer a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects (this does not cover damage from misuse or accidents). If you notice a defect, please contact our support team.
